Dorrian is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Janitronics Building Services, a building service company responsible for maintaining over 40,000,000 million of square feet of Commercial, Biotech, Life Sciences, Residential and Retail property for some of the country’s most prestigious developers, property managers and corporate accounts throughout New England. With over 25 years in business development, account management and marketing as a media professional involved in publishing, on-line and event marketing, Dorrian is building the Janitronics Building Services brand with a goal of maximizing exposure and creating new business opportunities for the company.

Kramer brings decades of experience in architecture, design and planning to his seat on Building Impact’s board. As the president of ADD Inc, Fred led the vision, growth strategies, and performance of the nationally recognized planning, architecture, interior design, and branding design firm. Now, as a vice president of ADD Inc, now with Stantec, he will help grow its United States Commercial Design Practice. He is a past chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Boston Council, an active member of NAIOP and The Boston Society of Architects.

Born and raised in Michigan, Diana graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology. She began her career with the YMCA in Ann Arbor while she was still a student. In 2005, she moved to Boston to work for the YMCA of Greater Boston and held positions in both the Waltham and Burbank Branches during her time with the Greater Boston association.
