McGill has more than 25 years of real estate experience as both a landlord and a broker. After joining JLL as a broker in 2003, he now serves as Executive Vice President for the firm’s downtown Boston leasing group. Prior to his time at JLL, McGill worked at Leggat McCall Properties, Cabot Industrial Trust and RREEF. He has been active with the Commercial Brokers Association and Greater Boston Real Estate Board, CoreNet, Babson College and is also a member of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts. McGill graduated from Babson College with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He lives in Needham with his wife Mary Jane and their three college-aged children.  He spent years coaching his children’s youth sports teams in Needham and has run multiple Boston Marathons for Boston Children’s Hospital as well as numerous half marathons for Dana Farber Cancer Center.
