Kramer brings decades of experience in architecture, design and planning to his seat on Building Impact’s board. As the president of ADD Inc, Fred led the vision, growth strategies, and performance of the nationally recognized planning, architecture, interior design, and branding design firm. Now, as a vice president of ADD Inc, now with Stantec, he will help grow its United States Commercial Design Practice. He is a past chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Boston Council, an active member of NAIOP and The Boston Society of Architects.

Kramer is dedicated to community service throughout the Greater Boston area. Currently, he sits on the Board of Directors for Art in Giving. Over the course of his career, Kramer has worked with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, American Diabetes Association, the United Way, A Better City and the Boston Chamber of Commerce Development Committee. Kramer graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree and from the University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in architecture. He lives in Ashland with his wife Sue and their two children.
