Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) create brave, inclusive spaces for community building, networking, and professional development. ERGs offer all employees support for continued learning about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As employee-led organizations, ERGs play a critical role in hosting giving programs and service events connected to local community organizations and social causes of importance to employees. At Building Impact, we partner with ERGs who convene events that invite dialogue, awareness, and understanding, as we work together to strengthen communities.
We value ERG’s roles in creating an inclusive culture in which differences are celebrated, and everyone is valued, respected, and supported. We believe that each Building Impact volunteer, project leader, community member, and employee has an important role to play in solving complex community challenges.
